You Can’t See

At the times my parents were divorced, I just got dumped, and I struggled in all self identity. This is a reflection on myself and that struggle, through harsh lines and bold contrast, is my pain. I transferred the drawing onto the linocut and then began carving trying to make sure I didn’t do too far or too deep in the wrong spot, I wanted the image to be bold in it’s completion, the markings on it showing bright although being black and white.
